Want more in your life? Try affirmations!

One of the many things I become exposed to while I was in my forties was the idea behind affirmations. Basically after thinking about something that you were not in possession of, it involved repeating to yourself over and over that you were already in possession of something that you wanted or that something you desired was already existing in your life. Now in order to delve into this topic to the point where you are comfortable with this idea; I suggest that you do your own research by gathering information from several sources. For me, two great sources of affirmations that brought a wealth of positive influence into my life are Bob Proctor and Joel Osteen. Bob Proctor is a famous life coach and you can find lots of information about him on the Internet. Joel Osteen is a Pastor down in Texas and the things he has to say about how you can turn your life around are absolutely amazing!! One of my favorite affirmations came from a book "The Master Key System" and I repeat it to myself on a daily basis. It reads as follows; "I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy."

Over the course of time your subconscious mind will begin to register this information and your body will adjust itself to be in tune with your thoughts. What led me to the idea of writing this particular post was that recently I received an email to sign up for an account with www.payperpost.com that would give me a potential source of income through this blog. This came after using another affirmation that I picked up through Bob Proctor which basically reads " I am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me in increasing quantities, from multiple sources and on a continuous basis." Thanks, Bob!

I could go on and on about this but I really think you would receive greater benefit by doing your own fact finding and deciding for yourself. The possibilities and potential are simply astounding!
Try it out and best wishes! ( Don't forget ...................PEACE!)

Today was a great day!

I woke up refreshed and grateful for the new day. The weather was nice........I even got to work a little bit early! My dog Oscar was not feeling well yesterday but today he seemed like his old self!
While at work, I got to help some people and the overall atmosphere was very upbeat. During my lunch hour I got to take a nice walk and afterwards enjoyed a good lunch.

On the way home I stopped by at a friend's house where a birthday party was being held for one of the ladies at work. She seemed like she was enjoying herself. It felt good to have something to bring to the party. After I got home, I enjoyed a nice dinner with the family. I appreciate having my son at home especially since he is close to graduating high school and will soon go off to college.

After dinner I had a phone conversation with my business mentor and we discussed upcoming plans for getting my business up and running. I must admit it has involved a different way of looking at things but I am excited about the possibilities.

Thank you God for giving me such a wonderful day to enjoy!

Talk about a GREAT way of looking at things!!!

Wow! Recently I started a video study course authored by the famous life coach Bob Proctor called "Six Minutes to Success". It consists of a daily message delivered by video that lasts for about a minute followed by a corresponding workbook exercise that lasts for about 5 minutes. Each video segment contains a message that provides useful information for helping you achieve what you want.

One message I listened to that was especially interesting was how he dealt with daily tasks that he really preferred not to do but had to do them anyway. Instead of looking upon them as an unpleasant tasks, he switched his mindset and thought of them as "habits". This clicked in my mind right away and sure enough, it not longer seemed like a drudgery. Amazing!

I have just started my course of study with this program and I highly recommend you check it out for yourself! The website is www.sixminutestosuccess.com .

Enjoy and make sure to include PEACE in your daily routine!
